This is one of those rare hotels that fills all the boxes; excellent beds, the breakfast is truly delicious as is the food in the restaurant. The location is good because within 5 minutes you are in a local shopping street, and in 10-15 minutes in town. 10 minutes the other way is a trendy / hip area full of ethnic and vegan restaurants. Parking in the street is cheap and safe, but there is a garage too. For those who would like a cigar with their brandy there is a cigar lounge. The personel are friendly and very helpful!

Among the top 5 properties to consider for Dresden, and it mostly delivers nicely in a nice ambience. The Reception Team did very well to ensure we were looked after and received anything we asked for along the evening, very important when traveling with small children, often having to depend on the quick response of the hotel team for a smooth experience. - We tried out multiple top hotels across Europe over the holidays and the beds of the Palais were by far my wife's favorite out of them all in terms of comfort.

At first I was hesitant in booking a hotel which was not in the Old Town but it was the best thing to do as you were close enough to walk to the main sights whilst being able to escape the crowds. There were plenty of restaurants nearby which were reasonably priced. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The hotel staff were very professional and eager to help with any inquiries. There was an underground carpark the cost of which was included in our package as was a very good buffet breakfast.

Everything was perfect, the staff, beautiful and spacious rooms, beautiful view, location, perfect breakfast and a very kind and professional host. The other employees were also nice and there is not much to complain about. The hotel was not full, so it was completely quiet, which is the most important thing for me. I really appreciate that the room service does not disturb and leaves things to be refilled in the basket in front of the door.

Very service-oriented, friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed as soon as we approached the building. They greeted us outside and helped us unload our car, even parked for us. Rooms were spacious and spot clean. Breakfast was the best we ever had… and we know a lot of luxury hotels. During the day the restaurant was rather empty, as well as the bar at night, except there are events hosted.

An excellent hotel with great and helpful staff. Location is great, there is a parking garage with chargers in the hotel building in the basement. Rooms were nice and quiet, service was excellent. Highly recommended!

I took advantage of a special offer to stay while visiting Dresden as a tourist. Very comfortable and well appointed, if a little formal in ambience. Really excellent wine pairing with the 3-course menu, and outstandingly warm welcome from Cornelia at the front desk

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot, from which you can easily walk to the old town center and explore it on foot. The room was very clean and spacious, and we absolutely loved the breakfast, which amazed us with its variety and deliciously prepared food.
